All your food and drinks, but if you want more alcohol (and who doesn't?) There are places with bars where you can grab a beer or cocktail.

Where is the meeting spot?

We will be meeting at 7901 Maple street New Orleans on the streetcar. It has a covered area in case of a bit of rain. Watch for the orange umbrella, that will tell you who the guide is, unless it is raining. Then you may see a sea of orange, The Big Easy likes color.

The Riverbend Carrollton Food Tour is most appropriate for omnivores. We will do our best for vegetarians, however gluten free or vegan is not possible.

I am travelling with my family, is the tour ok for infants/children?

Not to infants. We can advise you on how to get a baby sitter if you need. Children are welcome, over two, buy a child's ticket. We have families from around the world.

Not a problem, we make sure you stay hydrated.

Is there enough food during your tour?

Yes! In the Big Easy you get fed.

Can I get a discount?

If you are a group of 10 people, then you can email us. We will be more than happy to give you a discount.

Where do I add my discount voucher?

New Orleans Voucher

I would like to take your tour but it is already fully booked. Is there a way I can do the tour?

Our tours are often sold out very quickly. If the date you requested is not available, please do not hesitate to email us and we can see if there is anything we can do. We cannot promise but we will try our best to sort something out for you.

Is there a lot of walking?

Indeed. There is plenty of walking with plenty of food stops and drinks and treats and everything but there is also walking. It's a 3 and a half hour tour which we have designed well but do wear your comfortable shoes. If you gotta walk a little slower, no worries, we'll walk with you!

I cannot find a way to print the confirmation. Is it OK if I have it on my phone?

You do not have to print your voucher. A confirmation on your phone will be fine!

How many people max are on this tour?

We take 12 people maximum. If you are more than 12 people, please do not hesitate to email us and will try to see if we can accommodate.

WHERE DOES YOUR FOOD COME FROM?

We work with small shops, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. The food and drink we purchase is the best that we can find and as fresh and as local as possible!

What if it rains or I change my plans?

Unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable here in New Orleans. We do not issue refunds as per our terms and conditions. We also inform you that we never cancel a booking even if we have only 2 people! http://www.bigeasyfoodtours.com/terms-and-conditions/

Can I pay the tour in cash?

You must book directly on our website. We do not accept cash payments. Our online payment is safe, secured and SSL protected.

Why do we need to pay for booking fee?

The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.

Foreign Transaction Fees

A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn't the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
